The company generates its annual sales of approximately $4.6 billion worldwide excluding the excise taxes.

Beam Suntory company was created in the year of 2014 by combining the pioneer in Japanese whisky and the world leader in bourbon to form a new company with a passion for quality, deep heritage, entrepreneurial culture and innovative spirit.

The company has expanded its Jim Beam’s flavoured whiskey portfolio with the addition of new product Jim Beam Vanilla.

This new product is a combination of Madagascar vanilla bean with the hints of oak and caramel bourbon notes, which offers a sweet vanilla aroma and the golden brown colour.

Jim Beam Vanilla is sold by the retailers for a suggested retail price of $15.99 for 750ml. It is also available in bars and retail locations across the United States.

Company’s Bourbon brand Knob Creek has also launched a new expression in the United States.

It is available in limited quantity; this new expression has been launched by the brand to celebrate its 25th anniversary.

This latest launch is unfiltered single barrel bourbon which has been aged in the barrels for around 12 to 13 years.

Each bottle comes with full vanilla with a sweet and nutty flavour nuanced variations of deep.

Each of whiskies received a gold medal in the Whiskies category.

There are total 18 whiskies from the portfolio of Beam Suntory have been awarded gold medals in the International Spirits Challenge 2014, which is a worldwide tasting competition held in the UK.

The winner whiskies were Japanese blended whiskies Hibiki DEEP HARMONY, Hibiki 21 Years Old, Japanese single malt whiskies Yamazaki 18 Years Old, Hibiki MELLOW HARMONY, Yamazaki Mizunara 2013, Hakushu 25 Years Old, Hakushu 18 Years Old, Yamazaki Bourbon Barrel 2013, and North America whiskies Jim Beam Signature Craft 12 Year, Hakushu Sherry Cask 2014, Knob Creek, Knob Creek Single Barrel Reserve, Knob Creek Rye, Scotch whiskies Bowmore 15 Years Old Darkest as well as Canadian Club Classic 12, Bowmore Black Rock, Bowmore Devils Casks and Bowmore Springtide.

Each of these whiskies received a gold medal in the Whiskies category.

In the International Spirits Challenge competition, medals are awarded based on the blind testing by eleven testers, among all of whom are distillery managers, blenders and other industry professionals, and also who perform sensory inspections on each of the over 400 whiskies which are submitted from around the world.

This competition is considered as an authoritative arena for judging the quality of the entered whiskies by the exquisite sensory skills of the panel among the whisky-making professionals.

This recognition of the quality brand comes just five weeks after the acquisition of Beam Inc. by Suntory Holdings, by creating Beam Suntory as number 3 premium spirits company in the world.

However, it was announced that the company also intends to integrate the Spirits business of Suntory before the end of this current year.
