Who is Jo Seung Woo’s girlfriend now?
I’ll introduce his lover and love life.
Jo Seung Woo (born March 28, 1980) is a South Korean actor.
Seung Woo was born to a musical father (Jo Kyung Soo) and has a musical elder sister (Jo Seo Yeon), making him want to do something musical when he was younger.
While he was a student (in 1999), he won a part in the movie Chunhyang, the first ever Korean movie to be in a competition in Cannes, out of 1000 other actors.
He has been in some musicals, such as “Subway Line 1” and “The Last Empress”, and because he enjoys it a lot he now does both musicals and regular acting as well.
Jo has been in both big hits and complete flops, such as “Tazza: The High Rollers” that is still one of Korea’s largest blockbuster hits, and “Love Phobia”, where he was praised for his acting but the movie was not a commercial hit at the box office.
Jo Seung Woo is probably single at this time.

Jo’s ex-girlfriend is Kang Hye Jung, a South Korean actress, from 2004 to 2007.
In 2006, they starred in the movie, “Love Phobia” together, despite it not being very usual for Korean stars to openly promote and make their relationship obvious.
Sadly, it did not work out because while critics loved both their acting and their chemistry together on screen, the movie did not make a lot of money at all and was considered a failure.
She is now married.
Han Sun Hwa of Secret has stated before that Jo is her ideal man after she met him while they were in the SBS drama “God’s Gift – 14 days”.
She said she has not stopped thinking about him since they stopped filming together.
In 2014, he called her and wished her luck on their new album, and asked her out for a meal, but it is not sure if they actually ended up going on a date or not.
His type of women
Jo has an ideal type, but he goes on feelings and connections over a set type because he says you never know what you will get.
He does not make decisions based on the woman’s physical appearance, preferring to feel it out and making a connection.
Jo thinks it is more charming for somebody to do and show through action instead of looking good and being charming on the outside because actions are way more important than just physical appearance.
View of marriage
Jo has been saying that he wants to get married since his 20s.
He still wants to now but he says it is not something that he is actually planning but just waiting for something to happen.
Jo wants to be married by his mid-forties.
Jo says it is hard to keep a relationship because he cuts himself from the outside world when he is filming, and because he loves his work he will keep making movies and it will be hard to stay connected.
He thinks he misses the marriage timing because of his job because he is always ready to get married.
His fans were surprised in 2004 when he and then-girlfriend Kang Hye Jung went public with their relationship because not many Korean idols do that.
However, they did not really like them together, which is obvious when not many of them went to watch their movie together, despite them acting well.
